How Freight Works on Your Quote

After you submit a quote, status moves to pending freight while ICD requests ITD shipping cost for your destination and weight.

Administrators enter the verified freight amount (with optional markup per account settings) before the quote becomes quote ready.

You will not see a final invoice total until freight is confirmed — protecting both parties from underestimated LTL or hazmat charges.

Approved business accounts can still use Net-30 terms where configured; card payment is available when the Stripe invoice is sent.
