B2B quote and order terms for approved accounts.

Sales are business-to-business only through quote requests and approved accounts. Minimum order quantities apply per packaging; sampling and MOQ waivers are not offered.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote document (default 30 days). Freight shown on quote-ready documents reflects ITD-verified costs at time of quote preparation.

Cancellation is not available once an order is in processing with ITD. Payment terms follow account approval (Stripe invoice or Net-30 where configured).
